A three-day study visit brought together 30 colleagues from the Bavarian State Institute for School Quality and Educational Research, ISB – Staatsinstitut für Schulqualität und Bildungsforschung, and experts from the Czech education sector to exchange experiences and discuss current developments in digital education.

The 31st International Trade Fair of Practice Enterprises took place in Prague at the traditional venue of the Prague Exhibition Grounds in Holešovice. This year’s edition was held under the theme “Mosaic of Cultures”, highlighting diversity, international cooperation, and the exchange of ideas among young entrepreneurs from across Europe.

National Pedagogical Institute welcomed a delegation of Ukrainian school leaders and education professionals for a working visit focused on current challenges and future reforms in education. The meeting was part of a long-term cooperation with the Association for International Affairs, through which we have been hosting Ukrainian education experts for the third consecutive year.
All NPI CR activities aim at providing support for the development of general, vocational, art and linguistic education, continuing teachers' education and the area of pedagogical-psychological, educational and career counselling in the Czech Republic.
The mission of the National Pedagogical Institute of the Czech Republic (NPI CR) is to enhance in various ways the continuing development of a general, vocational, art and linguistic education, and to support schools in the area of their pedagogical-psychological, educational and career counselling, as well as in the methodology used in the continuing education of teachers. All these services emphasize a general focus on lifelong education while maintaining close cooperation with the EU.
The world around us is changing rapidly. Each new generation has to cope with completely new and hitherto unknown challenges, and education is the key to such a change. The National Pedagogical Institute of the Czech Republic monitors these changes, analyzes them and brings innovations not only in the field of children's education, but also of pedagogues and school principals. It thus helps schools prepare children for the world that will be here in twenty or thirty years.
Our international cooperation consists of international projects, EU networks, participation in international organizations and working groups. We also implement projects supported by EU programmes, such as Erasmus, NExt Generation EU, and the European Social Fund. We are open to a new cooperation in our topics in form of inovation, implementation, study visits or traineeship.
